All CVs are examined thoroughly so as to make sure they respond to the qualifications set by the client and the candidates of the highest standards are selected.

After that the contestant's are evaluated through the use of our reliable and valid psychometric tools on: their skills, personality, professional values and decision making ability.

Those contestants who score higher on those tests proceed to the interview stage of the recruitment process. During the interview information about the contestant's previous working experience, general skills, weaknesses, guise, stress management, ideology, way of thinking, ease to adjust and social skills are examined.

By the end of the interview stage our company's experienced and specialized scientific companions will have come up with a list of the prevailing candidates (3-5 people). These contestants may be subjected to a second interview with the client (company or businessman) present so that he can check for himself the qualifications and the potential of their collaboration.

Our company offers to the businessman, who will make use of our recruitment service, analytical files with the contestant's CV information, test results and interview information along with the interviewer's comments and opinion about each contestant separately.

We also provide our clients with business counseling as for the correctness of the rejection or preference of a contestant.
